The founders of Palesa Mbali Group are a small group of South Africans, diverse in age, gender, race, culture and expertise. We found common ground in our commitment to use our skills to positively impact gender diversity in the workplace.
Our mission is to eliminate the misconception that there are not enough, capable, and willing women who can contribute, participate and lead businesses to sustainable profit.
We start this work at recruitment level by proactively identifying and sourcing female talent across levels, functions and industries. To realise the real value of diversity, it is not enough to simply recruit for diversity – workplaces need to be environments that are inclusive and develop structures that empower people to innovate.
